As we navigate re-opening after the Governor’s shutdown it has become clear that to abide by the new Washington State regulations our operations and project turn around will be affected.

You may be wondering how this will affect your project.

We are currently operating with very limited staff and a very full schedule.

Amidst the restart we have experienced unexpected staffing issues that are accredited to COVID-19 mandates. While our company can re-open, employees are not mandated to return to work due to the Governors’ Stay at Home order. We are doing our best to get our workforce back to full capacity; however, all new hires must go through training to ensure projects are executed with the level of excellence we expect, which takes time. We are working hard to complete jobs in the order they were originally scheduled. With limited staffing we have been unable to retain a firm schedule and a week turnaround from measure to install.

Please be assured that we are doing everything in our power to get your job completed. We greatly appreciate your patience, understanding and support during this time. If you have any concerns regarding the completion of your project in the time frame you require, please contact our office.”

You may be wondering how this will affect your project.

We are currently operating with very limited staff and a very full schedule.

At this time, we have made the very difficult decision to pause the measurement of new jobs while we work to get caught up on jobs that are in process. We hope to begin measuring again within two to three weeks. As we move forward, we will be contacting customers in the order that they were on our original schedule prior to the mandated shutdown to discuss new measure and installation dates.

Complying with the Safer at home order

Effective March 25th, 2020

Dear customers and guests,

We are so sorry to inform you that with Jay Inslee’s current “Stay Home, Stay Healthy Order” construction has been deemed nonessential unless we are doing emergency repairs or construction that supports the essential services.  Unfortunately, residential housing does not fit into that scope.  We truly wish we could keep our current schedule and not delay jobs but it is inevitable at this time.  We will be doing everything we can to get back to work and back on jobsites as soon as this order is lifted. 

At this time, please expect that everything currently on our schedule will be pushed out at least two weeks, maybe more if the stay home order is extended. 

If you’d like to visit the showroom after we open back up please get in touch with us to schedule a visit after the order is lifted.

Stay healthy and we'll be in touch about rescheduling when this order is lifted.
